GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• 48″ discharge height, 60° discharge angle, 19″ discharge projection (reach).
• Designed for drums 14″ to 21″ diameter x 14″ to 29″ tall.
• Carbon steel tubular frame with continuous welds.
• MTS Lift & Seal System™ seals drum to the pour cone for dust-tight operation.
• 304 stainless steel pour cone.
• 8″ diameter Bray manually actuated butterfly valve at cone outlet.
• Pour cone includes a fully mounted pneumatic turbine vibrator.
• Stainless steel surge hopper with 60° walls, top cover, vent stub, docking transition, and manual inlet valve.
• Product contact surfaces of pour cone and surge hopper coated with 6-8 mils of Dupont PTFE for enhanced product release.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM AND CONTROLS:

• Hoffman Nema 12 carbon steel control enclosure.
• Allen-Bradley “Zero-Force” touch button for added operator safety.
• Side mounted pivot cylinders for controlled rotational.
• Pumping unit is powered by a 2 HP TEFC motor.
