GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• Designed for a Class I, Division II, Group D environment. 

• Discharges drums of corrosive Phosphorus Pentoxide powder into a reactor at 43” above floor level. 

• 600# lifting capacity. 

• 60° discharge angle, 150° rotation. 

• 316 stainless steel tubular frame with continuous TIG welds. 

• MTS Lift & Seal System™ seals drum to a 316-2b stainless steel pour cone for dust-tight operation. 

• Loading skip features stainless steel gravity rollers for easy drum loading.

• Dust-tight and corrosion-resistant Viton pour cone inlet seal. 

• Corrosion-resistant 316 stainless steel rigid hydraulic lines and fittings.

• Corrosion-resistant flexible Teflon air lines. 

• Pour cone includes flange to accept an existing 10” Posi-flate butterfly valve.

• Pour cone includes a fully mounted non-impacting linear vibrator. 

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM AND CONTROLS:

• Parker pumping unit with 2 HP explosion-proof motor and explosion-proof solenoids. 

• Hydraulic system and air pressure regulators housed in a 316 stainless steel enclosure. 

• NEMA 4X controls housed in NEMA 4X rated fiberglass enclosure with Nitrogen purge system.
