GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• 2,000# operational capacity.
• 157″ dump height, 60° discharge angle.
• Removable 304-2b stainless steel bucket with hinged gate. As the unit rotates, the gate will swing open by gravity, allowing material to discharge.
• Dump bucket is 60” wide x 60” deep, and includes a custom dust take off plenum.
• Hinged gate includes two (2) sliding doors to allow operator to manually fill bin with material.
  Lifting trunnion includes an automatic lubrication system.
• Hydraulic cylinders include custom protective bellows for extended life.
• Lifting carriage features sealed cam rollers traveling on a flat bar track for smooth, reliable operation.
• Energy chain and guided trunnion system, rigid conduit and hydraulic lines for greater durability.
• Sandblasted, cleaned, primed and painted Federal Safety Blue.

ELECTRICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• NEMA 4 rated controls and enclosure.
• Parker 1500 psi hydraulic pumping unit powered by 5 HP TEFC Baldor motor.
• Unit includes auto/manual mode controls. In auto mode, the unit is controlled by PLC by others.
• Control panel includes Allen-Bradley lockable disconnect kit.
