• Pour cone includes explosion-proof level sensor and linear vibrator. 

• Fully integrated heavy-duty material lump breaker with machined 316 stainless steel bars mounted inside pour cone.

• 5 GPM Parker hydraulic pumping unit with stainless steel reservoir and enclosure. 

• MTS exclusive two-speed operation for a precise controlled rotation. 

• Auto/manual mode controls with Allen Bradley PLC, housed in a NEMA 4X stainless steel enclosure with “Z” purge system. 

• Double acting hydraulic cylinders with corrosion-resistant seals, and electroless nickel-plated cylinder tubes.
