MATERIAL MASTER™ DRUM FILLER WITH ACTUATED FILL HEAD

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• Custom unit is 42” wide x 36” deep x 60” overall height.
• System features pneumatic cylinders, on board filter/regulator, pressure gauge, and a manual air control valve.
• Pneumatically actuated fill head creates a dust-tight drum inlet seal.
• Unit constructed from welded carbon steel structural tube.
• 304-2b stainless steel drum fill head with continuous TIG welds. Product contact welds polished smooth.
• Fill head features a 16” diameter inlet with PTFE flexible hose.
• Bottom of fill head includes a corrosion-resistant Viton seal.
• Adjustable drum stop centers drums beneath the fill head.
• Adjustable tube-in-tube frame provides application flexibility and allows for convenient process changes.
• Carbon steel is cleaned, primed, and painted MTS Safety Blue with a two-part industrial epoxy finish.
