GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• Main support structure is constructed of 4” square x ¼” wall structural carbon steel tube with capped ends, all welds continuous.
• Heavy-duty Flo-Master™ “breaker-bar” bag massaging system promotes material flow.
• 304 stainless steel discharge pan for bulk bag support and added operator safety.
• 304 stainless steel Seal-Master™ bag spout access chamber with “gull wing” doors for easy release and untying of bulk bag discharge spout.
• 304 stainless steel Sure-Seal™ system pneumatically clamps bag discharge spout to transition for dust-tight product discharge.
• 304 stainless steel product discharge transition with BFM fitting for flexible connection to inlet hopper.
• Conical 304 stainless steel discharge hopper with bolted top cover.
• 304 stainless steel dust filtration system returns collected product to discharge hopper.
• Dust filtration system includes all required actuated valves and modular stainless steel ducting.
• Electricals to meet IP64 requirements, motors are 415v/3ph/50Hz.
