GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• Unit discharges drums manually loaded at floor level.

• 36” discharge height with 24” reach.

• Unit features a 304-2b stainless steel pour cone with an electro-polished finish.

• Pour cone features fluidizing pads, manual butterfly valve, discharge nozzle, and 4” diameter dust take-off port.

• Lift & SealTM system seals drum to pour cone to ensure a dust-tight discharge.

• Patented Control LinkTM Rotation System inverts drum for maximum product discharge.

• Unit features a “Zero–Force” safety mechanism, requiring both hands to operate machinery for increased operator safety.

• Unit features an Allen-Bradley fused flange mounted, lockable disconnect.

• Carbon steel on unit is cleaned and painted MTS Blue using a high performance, industrial finishing system.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM:

• All rigid hydraulic lines are constructed of stainless steel to prevent corrosion and rust.
• Self-contained 3 HP, 3 GPM hydraulic system for improved cycle time, includes all required valves and piping.
