COMPACT 4-POST BULK BAG FILLING SYSTEM

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• Adjustable height frame is 60” wide (load side) x 48 1/4” deep x 70” high (±9”). 

• Unit’s compact design allows equipment to be placed within a small footprint, maintaining proper clearance from aisle way for adherence to O.S.H.A. requirements. 

• All welds are continuous with no pits or pockets, product contact welds are polished smooth. 

• Stainless steel fill head with 6” diameter inlet stub to mate with customer’s existing in-feed system. 

• Fill head includes dust control inner liner with 4” dust take-off stub. 

• Food grade inflatable spout seal with a liner inflation ring assures a dust-tight seal to bag inlet. 

• Unit features our exclusive bulk bag inflation system to fully expand new bags and maximize fill volume. 

• Bag hanger system can be quickly adjusted to fit a wide range of bulk bag footprints. 

• Manual, snap action, bag strap attachment and release. 

• Carbon steel support structure. 

• Unit is sand blasted, cleaned, and painted MTS Blue using an industrial PPG DTM Durethane finishing system.
