GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• Unit designed to accept and discharge 24” diameter x 36” tall drums.

• 108 discharge height with a 27” discharge projection.

• Lift & Seal^TM system seals drum to pour cone inlet for dust-tight discharge.

• Unit is a sanitary design featuring no tube penetrations.

• Patented Control Link^TM Rotation System inverts drum for maximum product discharge.

• Concentric pour cone constructed of 304-2b stainless steel with continuous TIG welds.

• Pour cone includes a vibrator, a 10″ diameter butterfly valve, and a 304 stainless steel docking nozzle.

• Pour cone designed to dock with a 304 stainless steel surge hopper.

• Surge hopper features a stainless steel pulse jet bin vent, rotary valve, and rare earth magnet.

• Unit features a load side light curtain and clear acrylic guarding with tubular steel frames for operator safety.

• Carbon steel is cleaned and painted with Steel-ItTM epoxy finishing system.
