Main support structure is approximately 75” square x 220” tall and constructed of 5″ square structural carbon steel tube with capped ends, all welds continuous.

Unit has a 6,000# operational capacity.

Carbon steel discharge hopper features a v-knife assembly and dual dust take-off ports.

V-knife assembly constructed of heavy-duty carbon steel with removable tool steel blades.

Interior of hopper features custom grating.

V-knife assembly includes a custom guard for operator safety during maintenance.

Unit features integral supports for a vibratory feeder and material crusher (not shown).
