GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

Main frame is 139” wide x 60½” deep x 78¼” tall.

Frame is constructed from heavy-duty 4” square x ¼” wall structural tube, all welds continuous.

Custom frame designed to straddle customer’s mixing tank.

Bulk bag or custom discharge hopper to be loaded and supported via customer’s existing hoist and trolley system.

Custom Spider-Lift™ lifting frame designed to load bulk bag or discharge hopper (not shown).

Flo-Lock™ slide gate quickly halts material flow allowing for bulk bag retying, removal, and replacement.

Custom Seal Master™ bag spout access chamber features “gull wing” doors with view windows.

Sure-Seal™ system pneumatically clamps bag discharge spout against transition inlet for dust-tight discharge.

Unit features a custom designed product discharge transition to connect with custom flow control valves (not shown).
