GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• Equipment is approximately 69” wide x 83” deep x 279” tall.

• 1-ton Harrington electric chain hoist with motorized trolley, nylon energy chain package, and Spider-Lift™ bulk bag lifting frame.

• Unit features a custom extended monorail system fully supported by upper frame section.

• Lower frame is 6” square x ¼” wall structural tube; center and upper frames are 4” square x ¼” wall structural tube, all welds continuous.

• Gusseted floor mounting plates.

• Heavy-duty tubular cross bracing on frame for added strength and rigidity.

• Cross bracing is removable to allow installation of customer’s existing equipment.

• Heavy-duty Flo-Master™ bulk bag massaging system with exclusive welded, tubular arm design, promotes positive material flow.

• Seal Master™ bag spout access chamber with 12” diameter discharge transition.

• Sure-Seal™ system pneumatically clamps bag discharge spout against transition inlet for dust-tight product discharge.

• Intrinsically safe, all pneumatic controls for hazardous location service.

• NEMA 4 operator control enclosure.
