GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• Unit discharges 1,000# drums of Uranium Oxide loaded onto a gravity roller system.

• Unit has a 1,200# lifting capacity.

• 55 1/8” discharge height with 25 3/4” reach.

• Unit features a 316-2b stainless steel pour cone.

• Pour cone features a pneumatic vibrator, a custom dust control cowl, and a 4” diameter dust take-off port.

• Lift & Seal^TM system seals drum to pour cone to ensure a dust-tight discharge.

• Patented Control Link^TM Rotation System inverts drum for maximum product discharge.

• Unit features a drum thumper to help discharge residual drum content.

• Unit includes load cells with custom mounts, cables, and summing box.

• Unit features machine guarding with load and discharge side light curtains for operator safety.

• Unit includes a custom two (2) position lock out system for equipment maintenance purposes.

• Carbon steel painted MTS Blue using a high performance, industrial finishing system.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM:

• Pneumatic controls for intrinsically safe operation.

• All rigid hydraulic and air lines are constructed of stainless steel to prevent corrosion and rust.

• Self-contained 2 GPM air motor driven hydraulic system.

• Air motor requires 70 cfm @ 70 psi air supply.

• MTS exclusive two-speed hydraulic circuit for a smooth, controlled drum rotation.
