GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• 2,000# operational capacity.
• 42″ discharge height, 45° discharge angle.
• 52” wide x 46” deep loading skip.
• Heavy wall tubular frame construction with structural bracing and continuous welds.
• Unit includes a 20 amp, Telemecanique IEC rotary cam disconnect switch in control panel for maintenance purposes.
• Heavy plate steel dump bucket with structural reinforcements for strength. Includes a vibrator package.
• Reinforced 2” diameter carbon steel pivot shaft with piloted flange bearings.
• Dual long stroke side mounted pivot cylinders for smooth bucket rotation.
• Yellow safety caging with photo-electric sensors on load side of unit. Manual reset button if photo beam is interrupted.
• Carbon steel cleaned, and then painted MTS Safety Blue using a two-part epoxy finish.

• Hoffman NEMA 12 control enclosure with stack light. Externally mounted transformer.
