GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• Unit has a 600# maximum lifting capacity.

• 90° discharge angle with a 180° rotation.

• Unit has a 96” product discharge height.

• Heavy-duty continuously welded carbon steel tubular frame painted MTS blue.

• MTS Lift & Seal^TM system seals drum to the pour cone for dust-tight discharge.

• Patented Control Link^TM Rotation System inverts drum for maximum product discharge.

• Custom carbon steel pour cone with continuous welds.

• System includes regulator, filter, and lubricator controls.

• Pour cone includes a 6” Salina Vortex orifice gate with docking flange to an existing hopper (not shown).

• Carbon steel skip accepts drums loaded at floor level and includes UMHW locating guides.

• Stationary bolt down design.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS AND CONTROLS:

• Class I, Division II, Group C & D location service, for covered outdoor use.

• Pneumatic controls are housed in a carbon steel NEMA 4 enclosure.

• The two speed hydraulic system allows pivot carriage to rotate at a high rate of speed until the final portion of the cycle. A slower second speed engages for controlled docking to the inlet flange.

• Hydraulic system includes a 3 HP air drive motor with 3 GPM pump.
