• Unit has a maximum product capacity of 4,000#.

• Unit is a bolt down, stationary design.

• Unit is a modular 4” square x ¼” wall structural tube main frame with continuous welds.

• Unit includes a carbon steel bulk bag support pan for increased operator safety and bag stability.

• Unit includes our patented aluminum /UMHW Flo-Lock™ gate for partial bag discharge.

• Carbon steel Sure-Seal™ pneumatic bag spout clamping system seals bag discharge spout to outlet transition for dust-tight discharge.

• Unit features our exclusive heavy-duty “breaker bar” Flo-Master™ bulk bag massaging system to promote positive material flow.

• Unit features an aluminum Seal-Master™ bag spout access chamber with “gull wing” doors for optimal operator access to the bag discharge spout.

• Unit features a 12” diameter carbon steel product discharge transition to direct material flow during discharge.

• Bulk bags are loaded by customer’s existing hoist system.
