FOUR POST BULK BAG FILLER FRAME

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• Heavy-duty tubular, carbon steel frame construction for strength and durability. 

• Frame includes heavy duty floor pads to provide a stationary, bolt down design. 

• Frame includes heavy duty, top corner mounting plates for customer provided equipment, which is not shown. 

• Unit is designed for a 3,000# maximum product capacity. 

• Unit is painted with a custom color (RAL6021 pale green), as selected by the customer.

• Frame height is adjustable for flexibility with future applications. Designed to accommodate multiple bag sizes. 

• The inlet tube is 13” diameter and 24” long to enhance product flow. 

• Inlet tube and product contact surfaces are carbon steel. The inlet tube is mounted to the frame with a heavy duty steel plate. 

• Unit utilizes a Velcro strap to seal the bag spout and ensure a dust tight seal to bag inlet.

• Manually adjustable snap action bag loop hangers. 

• Identical to a previously provided unit for this customer.
