• Pour cone has an 8” square roller slide gate with discharge nozzle with inflatable discharge seal. 

• Pour cone includes a pneumatic turbine vibrator and drum impactors for enhanced product flow. 

• Pour cone features a CIP (clean in place) system with a removable custom spray nozzle. 

• Unit includes a custom load cell package and digital weight indicator to display loss-in-weight. Unit is cleaned and painted MTS Blue using a high performance, industrial finishing system. 

HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS AND CONTROLS:

• Unit is dual rated for Class I, Division II, Groups C &D and Class II, Division II, Groups F & G locations. 

• All rigid hydraulic and air lines are constructed of stainless steel to prevent corrosion and rust. 

• Self-contained 2 GPM hydraulic system driven by a 2 HP hazardous rated motor. 

• MTS exclusive two-speed hydraulic circuit for a smooth, controlled drum rotation.
