GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• Main frame is 66½” wide x 95” deep x 144” tall, modular carbon steel 4” square x ¼” wall structural tube with continuous welds.

• Welded, tubular, diagonal bracing.

• Carbon steel bulk bag support pan for bag stability and operator safety.

• Flo-Lock™ discharge gate halts material flow, allowing bulk bag to be retied, removed, and reused.

• Seal-Master™ bag spout access chamber features a Fortress interlock on the “gull wing” chamber doors to disallow operation unless the doors are in the closed, locked position.

• Sure-Seal™ pneumatic spout clamping system seals bag spout for dust-tight discharge.

• Carbon steel bag break station allows discharging of 50 # bags.

• 30.5 cu.ft. capacity carbon steel surge hopper with supports.

• Hopper features fluidizing pads to promote positive material flow.

• Carbon steel sandblasted, and painted MTS Safety Blue.
