GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• Unit is 69” square x 198” tall.

• Unit has a maximum capacity of 4,000#.

• Unit is a modular 4” square x ¼” wall structural tube main frame with continuous welds.

• 2-ton Harrington electric chain hoist with motorized trolley and monorail with end stops.

• Spider-Lift™ bulk bag lifting frame.

• Hoist power lines are run through our energy chain package for protection during operation.

• Power cords are then centralized and fed through rigid conduit down the side of framework into a junction box to alleviate cord tangles.

• Unit includes a bulk bag support pan for increased operator safety and bag stability.

• Unit includes our Seal-Master™ bag spout access chamber with an integral product discharge transition.

• Product discharge transition outlet features a manual butterfly valve and discharge nozzle with 44” of discharge clearance beneath.
