• 60° discharge angle with 150° rotation.

• Eccentric pour cone accepts and discharges 16” diameter x 24” tall drums.

• Heavy-duty continuously welded carbon steel tubular frame.

• MTS Lift & SealTM system seals drum to pour cone for dust-tight discharge.

• Custom designed 304-2b stainless steel pour cone with continuous TIG welds.

• Custom pour cone features a pneumatic vibrator.

• 4” diameter manually actuated butterfly valve with 304-2b stainless steel BFM discharge nozzle.

• Stationary bolt down design with leveling feet for indoor use.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS AND CONTROLS:

• Intrinsically safe all pneumatic operation with manual momentary controls.

• 3 HP/ 3 GPM air motor driven hydraulic system.

• Side mounted pivot cylinders for smooth controlled operation.

• All controls are housed in a carbon steel NEMA 4 enclosure.
