180° LIFT & SEAL^TM DRUM DISCHARGING SYSTEM

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• Unit is designed with a 500# lifting capacity.

• 36” pivot height.

• 20” product discharge height.

• 60° discharge angle with 150° rotation.

• Eccentric pour cone accepts and discharges 16” diameter x 24” tall drums.

• Heavy-duty continuously welded carbon steel tubular frame.

• MTS Lift & SealTM system seals drum to pour cone for dust-tight discharge.

• Custom designed 304-2b stainless steel pour cone with continuous TIG welds.

• Custom pour cone features a pneumatic vibrator.

• 4” diameter manually actuated butterfly valve with 304-2b stainless steel BFM discharge nozzle.

• Stationary bolt down design with leveling feet for indoor use.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS AND CONTROLS:

• Electricals are wired to terminal strips in a carbon steel NEMA 12 enclosure.

• The two speed hydraulic system allows pivot carriage to rotate at a high rate of speed until the final portion of the cycle. A slower second speed engages for controlled docking to the inlet flange.

• Hydraulic system power pack was customer furnished.
