GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• Unit has a 60” product discharge height.

• Heavy-duty continuously welded carbon steel tubular frame painted MTS blue.

• MTS Lift & SealTM system seals drum to pour cone for dust-tight discharge.

• Patented Control LinkTM Rotation System inverts drum for maximum product discharge.

• Custom carbon steel pour cone with continuous welds and 4” dust takeoff stub.

• Custom pour cone features a pneumatic vibrator.

• Pour cone includes an 8” Salina Vortex roller slide gate with docking flange.

• Carbon steel skip includes a gravity roller bottom to accept drums from a customer furnished conveyor.

• Unit includes safety guarding panels on two sides painted safety yellow.

• Stationary bolt down design for indoor use.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS AND CONTROLS:

• Class II, Division II, Group F & G location service.

• Includes two hand controls for operator safety.

• Controls are housed in a carbon steel NEMA 4 enclosure.

• The two speed hydraulic system allows pivot carriage to rotate at a high rate of speed until the final portion of the cycle. A slower second speed engages for controlled docking to the inlet flange.

• Hydraulic system includes a 2 HP air drive motor with 2 GPM Barnes pump.
