GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• Unit discharges drums of material at 48” above ground level.
• 45° discharge angle with 135° rotation.
• Unit is designed for 600# capacity.
• Custom stainless steel open pour chute with fixed position drum retainer is formed from heavy-duty stainless steel and includes drainage ports.
• Portable design including outriggers allows easy moving and placement of unit for use in multiple locations.
• Includes four heavy duty industrial casters.
• Carbon steel tubular frame with continuous welds for durability and easy cleaning.
• Carbon steel sandblasted and finished with an industrial finishing system.
• Dump carriage rotates on four (4) bolt piloted flange bearings.
• Plated steel hardware and hydraulic fittings.
• Stainless steel rigid hydraulic line allows for easier cleaning and corrosion resistance.
• Single acting hydraulic system.
• Hydraulic unit is provided with a 1 HP TEFC rated motor and 1 GPM pump.  Unit features a NEMA 4 operator control panel and momentary contact controls.
