GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• Unit is approximately 65” wide x 49” deep x 50” high.

• Main support structure is constructed of 3” and 4” square x ¼” wall carbon steel structural tube with continuous welds and “no tube” penetrations for sanitary applications.

• Unit is designed for a 4,000# product capacity.

• Portable, caster design to utilize at multiple locations.

• Stainless steel discharge transition with pneumatic docking nozzle and FDA approved seal.

• Docking nozzle automatically retracts upon loss of air pressure.

• Stainless steel bulk bag support pan with welded tubular supports for operator safety.

• Stainless steel Seal-Master™ 18” O.D. bag spout access chamber enables optimal operator access to bag discharge spout. Includes a 4” dust takeoff stub.

• Stainless steel Sure-Seal™ pneumatic bag spout clamping system seals bag discharge spout to outlet transition for dust-tight discharge.

• Exclusive Flo-Master™ bulk bag massaging system promotes positive material flow.

• NEMA 4 operator station with momentary contact controls and two hand controls for pneumatic docking nozzle.

• Intrinsically safe pneumatic system is designed for Class I, Division II, Group C & D location service.
