• Main support structure is constructed of 4” square x ¼” wall structural tube with continuous welds.

• Carbon steel bulk bag support pan with welded tubular supports for operator safety.

• Heavy-duty carbon steel bulk bag loading frame.

• Pneumatic bag elongation system stretches bulk bag into a cone shape as material is removed for improved material discharge.

• Custom carbon steel Seal-Master™ bag spout access chamber enables optimal operator access to bag discharge spout.

• Unit features an abrasion resistant carbon steel discharge transition with flexible connection to direct product into feeder inlet.

• Main frame includes custom supports for vibratory feeder.

• Vibratory feeder includes quick release cover and a 316L stainless steel screen tray.

• Unit painted MTS Blue using an industrial Durethane finishing system.
