MATERIAL MASTER™ V-KNIFE BULK BAG DISCHARGER

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• Bolt down stationary design.

• Main frame is 53” square x 192” tall and constructed of square structural steel tube with capped ends, all welds continuous.

• Unit mounts to customer’s existing elevated structural steel platform (not shown).

• Unit has a 2,000# operational capacity.

• The 65 CF (approx.) hopper is designed with 60° discharge walls, acrylic view panels, and a 10” square discharge flange.

• The carbon steel discharge hopper features a V-knife assembly and full perimeter dust plenum with 6” dust takeoff stub.

• V-knife assembly constructed of heavy-duty steel with removable tool steel blades. Includes a custom removable knife guard (not shown) for operator safety during maintenance.

• The carbon steel framework is cleaned and painted to match customer specified color.

• System includes a 1-ton wire rope hoist with monorail, motorized trolley, and 3 HP lifting motor. The hoist unit is equipped with a VFD controlled two speed lift capability, sealed AC brake, and six button pendant control.
