GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• Unit discharges 55 gallon drums of aluminum powder into customer’s existing metal hoppers. 

• Unit has a 1,000# capacity. 

• Side load design with gravity roller conveyor and drum alignment system for proper sealing to pour cone. 

• Lift & Seal™ system seals drum to pour cone for dust-tight operation. 

• Dual patented Control Link™ Rotation System inverts drum for maximum product discharge. 

• Dust-tight 304 stainless steel pour cone with pneumatic vibrator system to assist with discharge. 

• 12″ diameter Posiflate pneumatically actuated butterfly valve at pour cone discharge with docking nozzle. 

• Unit includes a pneumatically actuated bin docking head with linear guides, level sensor and adjustable dust take off system. 

• Bin docking head features 91” of clearance when raised to accept existing 81” tall metal hoppers. 

• System includes safety caging on four sides with load side doors and safety interlocked controls. 

• Carbon steel is cleaned and custom painted with an industrial Durethane finishing system. 

• Control system is designed for Class II, Division I, Group E service location. 

HYDRAULIC SYSTEM:

• All rigid hydraulic and air lines constructed of stainless steel to prevent corrosion and rust.

• Premium quality Parker 5 HP, 5 GPM hydraulic power unit is installed at a remote location. (not shown)
