CUSTOM LOW LEVEL ELECTRIC DRUM DUMPER

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• Bolt down, stationary design. 

• Unit discharges drums of material at 6” above ground level into an existing hopper (not shown), mounted flush with the floor. 

• 45° discharge angle with 135° rotation. 

• Unit is designed for 400# capacity. 

• Unit will accept fiber drums that are 17.5” diameter x 27” tall. 

• Drums are manually loaded on custom cart dollies at floor level. 

• Custom open pour chute with fixed position drum retainers and a long taper for improved product flow. 

• Heavy-duty carbon steel frame with continuous welds for durability and easy cleaning. 

• Carbon steel sandblasted and finished with a PPG Durethane finishing system. 

• Dump carriage rotates on two (2) bolt flange bearings. 

• Plated steel hardware and mounting brackets. 

• Unit is actuated by a 1.5 HP TEFC motor with gear reducer. 

• Chain and gear operating system includes a full safety cover, painted safety yellow. 

• Unit features an Allen-Bradley zero-force touch button for operator safety. 

• Unit features a NEMA 12 operator control panel with momentary contact switches. The control panel is mounted at an ergonomically correct height for operator safety.
