GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• Unit designed for discharging various size drums of material. 

• Unit has a 500# operational capacity. 

• Unit has a 60” discharge height with 12” of reach. 

• Patented Control Link™ Rotation System inverts drum for maximum product discharge. 

• Pivot carriage features a custom drum retention system utilizing adjustable stainless steel hold-down clamps and a stainless steel safety bar. 

• Unit features heavy duty carbon steel frame construction and a 304 stainless steel open pour chute. 

• Carbon steel is cleaned and painted MTS Blue using a high performance, industrial finishing system. 

HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS AND CONTROLS:

• Momentary contact controls housed in a carbon steel NEMA 12 enclosure. 

• All rigid hydraulic lines are constructed of stainless steel to prevent corrosion and rust. 

• Unit includes the MTS exclusive two-speed hydraulic circuit for precise control during the pivot and reverse pivot cycles. 

• Unit features a 5 GPM hydraulic system for quicker cycle times and a hydraulic oil cooler for continuous duty operation and cooler performance in hotter climate or environmental conditions.
