MATERIAL MASTER^® V-KNIFE BULK BAG DISCHARGER

GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• Bolt down stationary design.

• Main frame is 69” square x 294” tall and constructed of 4″ & 6″ x ¼” square structural steel tube with capped ends, all welds continuous.

• Unit has a 6,000# operational capacity.

• System includes a 2-ton chain hoist with monorail and motorized trolley. The hoist unit is equipped with a VFD and four button pendant control.

• The carbon steel discharge hopper features a V-knife assembly and full perimeter dust plenum with 6” dust takeoff stub.

• Hopper is designed with 60° discharge walls, a 3,000# working capacity, and an 8” square discharge flange.

• V-knife assembly constructed of heavy-duty steel with removable tool 440 C stainless steel blades. Includes a custom removable knife guard (not shown) for operator safety during maintenance.

• Hopper includes a pneumatic vibrator system to assist with product flow.

• Unit includes an 8″ square gate valve mounted at the bottom of discharge hopper for product flow control.

• The carbon steel framework is cleaned and painted to match customer specified color.
