GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• Unit framework is approximately 66” square x 54” tall

• Main frame constructed of 4″ x ¼” square structural steel tube with capped ends, all welds continuous.

• Unit features our exclusive Flo-Master™ bag massaging system which breaks up material, promoting positive material flow into downstream process.

• Unit includes a stainless steel bulk bag support pan with tubular steel supports for operator safety.

• Unit features our exclusive stainless steel Seal-Master™ bag spout access chamber with “gull wing” doors for optimal access to bag discharge spout.

• Bag spout access chamber includes a 4″ diameter dust take-off stub.

• Unit features our exclusive stainless steel Sure-Seal™ spout clamping system for dust-tight material discharge.

• Unit features a stainless steel product discharge transition.

• Controls are housed in a NEMA 4 rated electrical enclosure within the equipment framework.

• Unit carbon steel framework is cleaned and painted MTS Blue using an industrial PPG DTM Durethane finishing system. This finishing system has excellent resistant to abrasion, and features a low VOC. This excellent rating results in a color and film integrity that provides a long term, maintenance free protection.
