GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• Unit is 62” square x 104 – 116” tall, adjustable for multiple bulk bag sizes.

• Unit is loaded by a customer furnished fork lift. Bag frame safely nests in pockets located on the upper frame.

• Unit includes a heavy duty bulk bag forklift load frame.

• Unit includes a lower receiving frame section with fork pockets. Upper frame safely nests in pockets located on the lower frame.

• Unit is designed for full mobility.

• Main support structure is constructed of 3” and 4” square x ¼” wall carbon steel structural tube with continuous welds.

• Unit is designed for a 4,000# product capacity.

• Carbon steel bulk bag support pan with welded tubular supports for operator safety.

• Unit includes the Sure-Seal™ pneumatic bag spout clamping system which seals bag discharge spout to outlet transition for dust-tight discharge.

• 8” diameter carbon steel discharge transition.

• Unit painted MTS Blue using an industrial PPG DTM Durethane finishing system.

• Unit includes intrinsically safe pneumatic controls housed in a NEMA 4 control enclosure for hazardous location service.
