GENERAL SPECIFICATIONS:

• Unit is designed for a 4,000# product capacity.

• Includes a Spider-Lift™ bulk bag lifting frame.

• Unit is a bolt down, stationary design.

• Unit includes 11” heavy-duty square carbon steel gusseted foot pads.

• 4” square x ¼” wall structural tube main frame with continuous welds.

• 2-ton Saturn electric wire rope hoist with motorized trolley, monorail system, and pendant control.

• Unit includes heavy-duty carbon steel pneumatically actuated hinged and gasketed loading doors.

• Unit includes carbon steel shrouding package for added dust control.

• Carbon steel discharge hopper is 54” square x 99” tall, includes removable side panels for maintenance purposes, and a rectangular flanged discharge outlet for connection to twin screw conveyor system.

• The carbon steel discharge hopper features a V-knife assembly and includes a 6” dust take off.

• V-knife assembly constructed of heavy-duty steel with removable tool steel blades.

• The carbon steel framework is cleaned and painted MTS Blue using an industrial PPG DTM Durethane finishing system.
